NOTE: WE DO NOT CATER TO COVER BANDS IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM. NO COVER SONGS MAY BE PLAYED IN OUR VENUE WHATSOEVER. ORIGINAL COMPOSITIONS BY YOUR BAND ONLY. BEFORE ANY SHOW IS CONFIRMED WITH US YOU MUST SIGN A CONTRACT AGREEING TO THIS AND ALL TERMS LISTED BELOW!

For touring bands and new local bands that are unknown to our area we ask that you try and hook up with two or three local bands similar in genre that would like to share the show with you. Make sure that they will be able to promote the show wholeheartedly to make it a success for both your band and the venue.

We do NOT give guarantees to bands that are unknown to the area. We are a small business owned and operated by a group of family and friends. We are NOT a large venue such as the HOB and we do NOT have a bar to support the club as we want to continue to do all-ages shows which we cannot do if we install a bar.

Unknown touring bands as well as locals usually receive payment in accordance with how well the show does. The more promotion done by everyone involved with the show will help to make for a great show for everyone. The venue promotes each show we do equally, however we can't always get in touch with YOUR fans as you are the ones who know them best. So be sure to reach out to them and make sure they all know about the show! Please see below for an address to ship your promotional materials to.

BANDS: PLEASE READ BELOW! IT IS IMPERATIVE!

NOTE:
Unless some sort of deal is already set in place between the bands playing and the club in regards to payment NO payouts are made on shows that have a small attendance as we are simply not able to pay our bills if we make payouts on small shows. See scale below for reference on payouts. Amounts are relative to how many bands are on the show and how far the show exceeded the quota. Touring bands do recieve first priority on payouts. We are here to provide a place for "kids" (of all ages) to see live music as well as a place for bands to receive exposure. If our situation was different (having a bar, not having to pay rent/bills) we would make payouts on EACH AND EVERY show. But alas, it is not. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST that ALL bands playing our venue rely on their merchandise sales as their main source of income from a show. So be SURE to put on a good performance and push your merchandise while on stage and off.

We DO provide a full in-house PA w/ sound engineer.
Bands playing receive free ice cold bottled water (unless noted during show).
Bands playing receive free 1 guest (merch personnel counts as guest) for the entire band.

NO PAYOUTS ARE MADE UNLESS:
at least 65 people attend a $10 event
at least 73 people attend a $9 event
at least 82 people attend a $8 event
at least 93 people attend a $7 event
at least 109 people attend a $6 event
at least 130 people attend a $5 event

RULES FOR BANDS PLAYING OUR VENUE:
Absolutely NO drugs or alcohol are permitted ANYWHERE on our premises!
Please refrain from excessive use of profanity onstage as we are an all-ages venue.
Please be respectful of all staff members and customers.
Show up on time!
No rockstar attitudes, please.
